UCLA: Franklin, the nation's fourth leading rusher who gained 162 yards last week against Arizona, and has 1,204 yards this season.
Washington State: QB Jeff Tuel can throw for 400 yards, and linebacker Travis Long is having a great season. But star wide receiver Marquess Wilson has been suspended for a violation of team rules, taking away perhaps the Cougars' top offensive weapon.
