Multiple reports say Seahawks DE Greg Scruggs tore his ACL right before the NFL draft.  According to 710 ESPN, Scruggs had surgery to reconstruct the ACL in his right knee.  He probably won't be ready in time for fall camp and could be done for the season.  ACL reconstructive surgery usually takes 6-12 months to rehabilitate. The rookie had two sacks last season.
