Fans at Seattle’s CenturyLink Field will find a massive new entree on their concessions menu for Saturday’s NFC Divisional playoff game versus the New Orleans Saints. Stadium food service provider Delaware North and several Seattle chefs came up with “The Beast,” a $15 limited edition burger incorporating Seahawks star running back Marshawn Lynch’s “Beast Mode” nickname and favorite candy.

Lynch’s love for Skittles is well-documented enough that opponents have used it against him. While it’s probably for the best that the burger’s creators opted to leave the candy as a side dish, incorporating some of the running back’s “power pellets” into the recipe would have veered the dish into an Aaron Rodgers-level concoction. The Packers quarterback included peanut butter, mayo, ranch, jalapeno, avocado and more in a recipe he designed in August for a Lambeau Field pub.

“The Beast” recipe:

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 hamburger patties
  • Several slices of ham
  • Onion Rings
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Red Onion
  • Served with a side of French fries and Skittles

According to our calculations at, the entire entree includes approximately 1,743 calories, 144 grams of carbohydrates, 89 grams of fat and 3,160 mg of sodium. These minor league baseball ballpark treats scoff at such healthy restraint.
