NBA commissioner David Stern talked on a conference call today about the league, contraction, and labor negotiations. When someone asked about the Sacramento Kings arena situation, it eerily sounded like the Sonics situation a few years ago. When asked about the Sacramento arena issues, Stern said "My optimism on there being a new building has faded completely." Here's the link to his conference call.
