PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — DeMarcus Cousins had 19 points and 12 rebounds, John Salmons added 19 points and 11 assists, and the Sacramento Kings snapped a six-game road losing streak with a 99-80 win over the Portland Trail Blazers last night. Aaron Brooks had 14 for the Kings, who have won three in a row for the first time this season. LaMarcus Aldridge had 17 points and 10 rebounds and J. J. Hickson added 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Trail Blazers.

SEATTLE (AP) — Deonte Burton scored 29 points and had a career-high six steals to help Nevada beat Washington 76-73 last night. Burton scored Nevada's final nine points, including two 3-pointers to help hold off the Huskies, which had rallied from an 18-point second-half deficit to take a 61-60 lead. But Burton answered with a three-point play of his own and the Wolf Pack never trailed again.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Damyean Dotson scored 12 points and Oregon demolished Idaho State 87-35 yesterday. Arsalan Kazemi, Dominic Artis and Tony Woods all had 11 points each for the Ducks, who are off to their best start in three seasons under coach Dana Altman.

MANKATO, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota State, Mankato goalie Stephon Williams dominated Alaska-Anchorage for the second straight night as the Mavericks beat the Seawolves 3-0 yesterday. Williams made 16 saves to get the shutout in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association game.
