MISSOULA, Mont. - The fugitive arrested in connection to the death of a Malden, Washington teenager told a Missoula judge he will go back to Washington State to face the charges against him.

Bilderback, James Larry Ramson, and Chastity Dawn were arrested for the death of a Donavin Stapert, 17. His body has not been found according to authorities. Investigators believe the teenager died at a home in Malden in early March and the suspects then took his body somewhere else.
