MEDICAL LAKE, Wash. -- The Spokane County Medical Examiner has identified the man found dead in a ditch Sunday morning.
The Sheriff's Department says they responded to a report of a man lying in a ditch at the intersection of West Hallett and South Stangland around 11:45 a.m. Bruce King, 53, has now been identified as the man found deceased at that intersection.
The Medical Examiner's Office says King died of hypothermia.
Spokane County Major Crimes Detectives were called out to continue the investigation.
Officials say the incident is a death investigation and nothing appeared to be suspicious at this time.
