SEATTLE -- A man is recovering from injuries he sustained Friday night after falling from a second story balcony.
Seattle police responded to the 4500 block of 17Th ave NE just after 11:30 p.m. Friday to a report of a man who fell from a balcony.
preliminary investigation indicates that the man was attending a party, and while on a crowded balcony he attempted to get around people by climbing the railing before losing his footing and falling 2 stories.
Fire department medics transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
