SEATTLE – You’ve heard of Flash Mobs.  One state lawmaker, Sen. Mike Carrell, wants to deter ‘Flash Robs’.
 
KING5’s Chris Daniels introduces us the problem which has targeted retailers in other states, and the bill now before lawmakers.
