ONTARIO -- Police have arrested a man in connection with the stabbing death of Mark Rogers in Ontario.
Daniel Wilson was arrested Tuesday night after he left a home police say they were watching in Payette and led them on a car chase to Ontario.
The 30-year-old Ontario man was wanted on three separate warrants in Payette, Canyon and Malhuer counties. He is charged with three misdemeanor counts of contempt of court, a probation violation, being a fugitive out of Payette, as well as being a fugitive out of Canyon County. Police say more charges could follow.
Police believe Wilson witnessed the stabbing in the early morning hours Monday.
The Malhuer County Sheriff Brian Wolfe says Rogers was stabbed while standing on Hyline Road, north of Ontario. He died a short time later at a local hospital. Wolfe says the victim suffered a single stab wound to the upper body, but it is unclear what type of weapon was used in the attack.
Police are still looking for 23-year-old Ketra Siuce-Hale. She's suspected of stabbing Rogers, her 26-year-old boyfriend, to death.
Police consider her armed and dangerous.
