BOISE – Boise Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying three persons of interest who may have information about a stabbing that occurred in downtown Boise on New Year’s Eve.

Around 1:45 a.m. on January 1st, a fight broke out between four men at a park in front of the Idaho Capitol on Jefferson Street.  When officers arrived they found two victims who had been stabbed with an edged weapon. Both men were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Two male suspects are still at large and police believe three people, two women and a man, seen in surveillance video at a nearby convenience store later that morning, may have information that could help identify the suspects.

Anyone with information about these three people or their pickup truck seen in the video, is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS. Tipsters can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward.
