CASCADE, Idaho -- A 50-year-old Donnelly man has been charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child after sheriff's deputies began investigating him earlier this month.
Valley County sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Lynn Collins on Jan. 15.
Lt. Dan Smith says the department began investigating Collins on Jan. 9 after being tipped-off by a private counselor. Smith says the sexual abuse charges stem from two young teen female victims who are "very well known" to Collins.
Authorities say they're investigating complaints of sexual abuse involving Collins that go back at least one year, and possibly longer.
They also say more victims may be forthcoming.
Valley County Sheriff Patti Bolen said Collins appeared in court on Jan. 16, and his bond was set at $150,000.
Collins is reportedly employed as a sanitation truck driver in Donnelly.
