SPOKANE, Wash. -- Nine apartment units were impacted after a pipe burst at the Deer Run Apartments in North Spokane.
Responding firefighters say water flowed from the 3rd floor to the units below.
Nobody was hurt, but the Red Cross did arrive on the scene to help the families affected.
