SPOKANE--Police arrested a wanted felon Saturday night after responding to a reported gun threat.

Officers were called to 3900 E. Longfellow by a man stating that another man had threatened him with a handgun after an argument over an IPod.  Authorities surrounded the house that the suspect, 37-year-old Timothy Raya, was in.

Authorities learned Raya was wanted on a felony DOC escape warrant.

Hostage negotiators and SWAT were called to the scene, but Raya came out of the house and was taken into custody without incident.

The firearm in the incident turned out to be a BB gun.

Raya was booked into jail on his felony DOC warrant.
