SPOKANE -- A water problem affecting people in part of the Otis Orchards community is expected to be fixed Wednesday.
Contractors said a water main break late New Year’s Eve left five Highland Estates homes without water.
Contractors said they knew about the problem, but since their part suppliers were closed for the holiday, they were not able to get parts until Wednesday.
