SPOKANE -- People broke out in a dance party to stay warm during the First Night Spokane festivities New Year’s Eve.
Organizers also set up bonfires in the park to help keep the crowds warm.
The idea behind First Night started decades ago across the U.S. It has been an annual favorite in Spokane since 2001.
