An 82-year-old cyclist suffered serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Kent Thursday night.
The collision happened around 4:30 p.m. in the 10600 block of Kent Kangley Road.
Kent Fire Department officials said the cyclist had suffered a medical issue and veered into the path of the car.
The victim was airlifted to Seattle's Harborview Medical Center.
