Heavy snow, rain, and strong winds are expected all across the Inland Northwest tonight through tomorrow.  Leave plenty of extra time for your morning commute.  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for much of the Inland Northwest from 8pm tonight through tomorrow.  Highest snow amounts will be north of highway 2.  Total snow amounts of 3-6 inches are possible in the higher elevations of Spokane County.  Amounts of 1-3" inches are more likely across the Spokane Valley and southern Spokane County as warmer air pushes the snow level to around 3000 ft. overnight.  A wind advisory is also in effect for Spokane from 4am-6pm Monday.  Expect sustained southwest winds of 25-35 mph with gusts as high as 50 mph!  Even stronger winds are possible in an area from the Upper Columbia basin southeastward to the WA/ID Palouse.
