SPOKANE, Wash. -- A driver collided with a pedestrian in a Spokane intersection.
It happened around 7:30 a.m. at Riverside and Washington.
The woman was headed eastbound on Riverside when the driver of a red pickup truck tried to make a turn.
The woman’s leg snapped and broke in the collision. She was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
Police cited the driver for failing to yield.
