SPOKANE -- A new retirement living high rise on Spokane’s South Hill is changing views in senior living.
The 11-story 65-unit building located at 25th and SE Boulevard will alter the South Hill skyline with views to the east, north and west.
“The Summit” on Rockwood Retirement Center’s campus is already 50-percent sold.
The facility is scheduled to be complete by the summer of 2015.
