BOISE -- A Boise man has been charged with aggravated battery after a stabbing incident at a party Sunday morning.
Witnesses told police that Devin O'Brien and another man got into a fight at a home in the 1200 block of South Euclid Avenue around 3:45 a.m. They say O'Brien stabbed the victim several times with a knife.
O'Brien, 21, then fled the scene and witnesses took the injured man to the hospital. Police were called to the hospital around 4:30 a.m. to investigate. No word on the condition of the victim.
O'Brien was located through a third party and turned himself in a short time later at police headquarters.
He was booked into the Ada County Jail on the felony charge.
