NORTH SPOKANE – Investigators say a fire that burned a field Monday was one of a series of intentionally set fires that have struck the Indian Trails neighborhood over the last several weeks.
It took crews about an hour to extinguish the fire near Shawnee and Indian Trail Road Monday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to spot fires in the same area twice on Sunday, and several times over the last few weeks.
Authorities are investigating the incidents as criminal activity.
No structures have been lost as a result of these fires.
