A Normandy Park man was sentenced to 41 months - about 3 and a half years - for a hit-and-run last year that killed cyclist Michael Wang.

Erlin Garcia-Reyes, 28, pleaded guilty last month to the felony. Garcia-Reyes was arrested in June after he was involved in another hit and run case.

Wang was headed home to Shoreline riding his bike on Dexter Avenue when he was struck. For months, Seattle Police sought information about the SUV seen fleeing the scene, leading to dozens of tips.

Wang was a well-known photographer and member of the Cascade Bicycle Club. More than a year later, tributes to him continue to be left at the intersection where he was killed.
