PULLMAN, Wash.--The American-Architects have a Building of the Year 2013 contest and a building on Washington State University’s campus is in the running.

There are 50 buildings in the contest with one from each state. The new WSU Visitor Center is representing Washington State.

The visitor center features two-story letters spelling out WSU as well as interactive displays highlighting WSU's academic research programs, donors and students.

VOTE: Pick the 2013 Building Of The Year

Readers can choose the 2013 Building of the Year by voting for their favorite building on the American-architects website.

The most popular project will be presented alongside the editors' choice in their eMagazine and on their website starting from February 3, 2014.

The Poll is open until January 31, 2014.
