SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash.-- One person had to be taken to the hospital early Monday after a head-on collision in Spokane Valley.
It happened around 6 a.m. near Trent and McDonald. Authorities said a driver lost control in slushy conditions and slammed into another car.
One person suffered non-life threatening injuries. Investigators said seat belts likely saved the people in the wreck from suffering major injuries.
