Two former Seattle Seahawks who went to the Super Bowl with the team in 2006 shared their insight about the current team's chances of going all the way.

Former Seahawks fullback Mack Strong said, without a doubt, his team had it easier.

"I think we had a little more consistency earlier in the year," said Strong. "And we were able to play two home playoff games instead of three road playoff games in order to get to the Super Bowl. The road for us was a little bit easier."

Former hawks defensive tackle Craig Terrill takes it one step further.

"This group is a younger group and a very talented group," said Terrill. "And I think they're more talented than the Super Bowl team."

Both veterans say the players are trained to ignore the growing media hype and focus on the game against Atlanta. They both admitted that seeing fan support for away games makes a big difference.

"Whether it's watching it on Sunday, whether it's getting on an airplane and going to Atlanta, whether it's lining the highways as they go to the airport, get out and support [the team]," said Strong.
