About 455,000 Chicco Polly High Chairs are being recalled in the U.S. and more than 30,000 in Canada.
There are pegs on the back legs designed for tray storage. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says 21 children have been hurt after falling on or against those pegs.
The high chairs were sold from January of 2005 through July of 2012 at Toys R Us, Babies R Us and Burlington Coat Factory, as well as through several online retailers.
