In an unusual move, Seattle City Light on Thursday released a four-year history of energy consumption and billing for its top executive. The records were released in response to a public disclosure request by The Seattle Times.

CEO Jorge Carrasco has recently been under fire for a series of issues.

Just this week, City Light admitted Carrasco was duped by two scammers who stole 20 tons and $120,000 worth of copper wire from the utility company.

The Seattle City Light CEO also faced scrutiny after the city council approved a higher salary range for him, even though he's already the highest paid city employee at nearly $245,000 a year.

Earlier this month The Seattle Times reported Seattle City Light spent more than $17,000 to remove unflattering stories about Carrasco on the internet.
