Emergency crews at Paine Field were dispatched after a plane reported an emergency.
The crew of the Atlas Air 747-400 cargo plane reported an emergency loss of the hydraulic system.
The plane circled to dump fuel before making an emergency landing.
The crew made a low pass to check the landing gear and landed safely.
