Overturned semi snarls northbound I-405 commute in Bothell

BOTHELL, Wash. - An overturned semi-truck caused havoc for morning commuters going north from Bellevue to Everett.
The semi flipped on its side on northbound Interstate 405 just north of State Route 527 in Bothell at about 5:50 Tuesday morning.
The truck blocked one right lane just as the morning commute began.
Traffic immediately began to backup, at one point reaching up to four miles.
