SPOKANE -- The Spokane Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a missing and possibly at risk teenage girl.

Spokane Police have developed information that there is a possibility that Alyssia D. Tancredi, 16, is potentially being held against her will, but is still in the Spokane area.  Police say she was last seen near the 2400 block of East 7th.

Police say Tancredi's mother received several text messages from someone saying they "have Alyssia and are going to make her do what they want."

Tancredi's mother told KREM 2 News Alyssia's older sister ran away earlier this year, and got involved in drugs and gang activity. The two are suspected to be together.

Alyssia is a white female, 5'00, 127 pounds, straight brown hair to mid back, blue eyes, and last seen wearing a gray plaid skirt with black shorts underneath and a gray tank top with a black tank top over it.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Alyssia is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
