EVERETT, Wash. – A16-year-old Everett boy has been arrested in connection with the Nov., 2009, arson that destroyed Emory's Lake House Restaurant.

Detectives identified the suspect after several people identified the boy in security system video.

The suspect was not an employee or in any way related to the restaurant. Detectives are not yet releasing information regarding the motive for the crime.

This fire was report on Nov. 9, 2009 at about 4:20 a.m. More than 40 firefighters from Everett, Lake Stevens, and Marysville responded to the call at the restaurant, 11830 19th Ave. SE.

There was no one injured or killed but the restaurant was a total loss.

The teen was booked into the Denny Youth Center.
