A female driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault after a suspected DUI rollover crash on SR 101 at SR 8 early Saturday.

The Washington State Patrol said the 19-year-old Centralia woman was driving southbound when the Honda Accord left the road to the right and rolled over onto its top.

The driver and her 20-year-old passenger, who is from Aberdeen, were hurt. Their injuries were not life-threatening.

“Started as a fun evening...now it's ending with a felony charge for the driver after injuring a friend,” Trooper Guy Gill said via Twitter.

The road was closed for the investigation, which is ongoing.
