Car strikes 3 pedestrians in Seattle's University District

Seattle police say a vehicle has struck and injured at least three pedestrians in the University District, injuring two adults and a 4-year-old boy.

The incident happened around 3:40 p.m. on NE 50th Way near University Avenue. Seattle police said they received a call from a woman who said she had hit three people with her car.

Medics, police and firefighters arrived at the scene and transported the 4-year-old boy and two adults to Harborview Medical Center. All three were in stable condition, according to a Seattle Police Department tweet.
