The City of Lake Stevens has confirmed a suspect has been arrested in the drive-by shooting death of 15-year-old Molly Conley.
Details about the arrest were unknown.
Conley was walking along a Lake Stevens road with friends on June 1 when she was shot in the neck, apparently at random. She was a freshman at Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle and, according to the school’s president, was a straight-A student.
Police searched for suspects for weeks and several rewards were offered for leads in the case.
Anyone with information or video about the vehicle or Molly Conley's murder is asked to call the Snohomish County Sheriff's tip line at (425) 388-3845.
