NORTH SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Spokane Discount Store on North Division was robbed early Friday morning after a suspect threw a brick through one of the windows. This is the second time the store has been robbed in the last few weeks.

The store's manager, Aaron Koontz, says the thieves were caught on security cameras around 2:30 a.m. Friday. The suspects got away with a dock for an mp3 player and were out of the store in less than a minute. A few weeks ago suspects also broke a window and got away with a television.

The store replaced the window from the first robbery and when thieves threw a brick at it Friday morning it didn't break, but the one next to it did.

Koontz says they have rearranged the store to make it harder for thieve to break in. They are bolting down racks in front of the windows.

During Friday's robbery, the store's manager says one of the suspects left a partial fingerprint on a box while escaping out of the broken window.

The store's staff believes the two robberies may be related.
