SPOKANE, Wash.-- It appears the summertime "serial stackers" struck again on Christmas in Spokane.
Park workers found a stack of picnic tables stacked several feet into the air early Tuesday in Riverfront Park. By mid-day, the tables were taken down, piled, and barricaded off from the public.
The stacks showed up in both Riverfront Park and Manito Park in August. The people responsible for those incidents has yet to be determined.
So far, the party responsible for this stacking event remains a mystery. No word yet whether they could face charges from police.
