Two teenage girls were hurt Wednesday morning in a hit and run outside of Chief Sealth High School in Seattle.

Seattle Police said a 30-year-old woman in a black Honda intentionally hit the two students just after 10 a.m. in the 2600 block of SW Thistle.

The three were involved in an altercation before the girls were hit.

The victims were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with minor injuries.

Police later pulled over a black Honda sedan near the scene and appeared to be questioning a woman, but it was not immediately clear if it was the woman involved in the hit and run.
