Fans flock to Pullman for Apple Cup

PULLMAN, Wash. -- Diehard fans made the trek to the Palouse for the 105th annual Apple Cup football matchup in Pullman.

The annual battle between the University of Washington and Washington State University takes place Friday, with kickoff set for 12:30 p.m.

On the line is a shiny trophy awarded by the governor, as well as bragging rights. Thirteen seniors will play for the last time at this game. UW is leading the series, 67-31-6.

The Cougar-Husky rivalry airs on FOX from Martin Stadium.
