Homes surrounded in surprise flood near Carnation

Several homes north of Carnation were surrounded by flood waters Monday morning.
Video from SkyKING showed water and mud surrounding several buildings and filling up fields.
There was a lake that appeared to be empty, however there was no official word from state as two what led to the flooding.
