Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help locating a 7-week-old baby that they believe is in danger.

King County Sheriff’s detective say Trina Curry, 33, gave birth to baby Lillian on July 17 at Highline Hospital. Police say Curry used a fake name at the hospital. When hospital officials learned her real identity, they discovered she had seven other children removed by Child Protective Services due to abuse, neglect and mental health issues.

CPS officials went to the get Lillian, but neither CPS nor police have been able to find her or her mother.

Curry is homeless. She was last seen at a relative’s house in Shoreline on Tuesday, but took off with the baby after an argument.

They may be with Lillian’s father, 39-year-old Quandra R. Powell. Powell has two felony arrest warrants for escape from custody and controlled substances. Sheriff’s deputies say both Powell and Curry have “violent tendencies”.

Powell is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 190 pounds, bald and has a gold front tooth. Curry is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 160 pounds with curly, dark hair.

If you know where these people are, the sheriff’s office said do not contact them. Instead, call the sheriff’s office at (206) 396-3311 or call 911.
