A noted sports journalist tweeted late Monday afternoon that wide receiver Terrell Owens and the Seahawks have agreed to a one-year deal.

Fox Sports's Jay Glazer tweeted, "He's baaaaaack! Terrell Owens has agreed to a one year deal with the Seahawks. Hasn't signed it yet but agreed to terms."

The controversial Owens, 38, worked out with the team Monday, reportedly running a sub-4.5-second 40-year dash.

Owens has had a volatile relationship with players and coaches on multiple NFL teams. Seattle fans may recall a stunt Owens pulled when he was with the 49ers, when he scored a touchdown and proceeded to pull out a Sharpie, autograph the ball and throw it into the stands.
