Seattle's summer of annoying construction closures

Sunny skies and panoramic vistas were the backdrop of the 2012 SR 520 construction tour. A limited number of public participants were given the opportunity to get a close up view of the action. In this photo, participants walked across the closed highway to continue the tour across the corridor's east side.
