28-foot boat jackknifed on I-90, causing backups

LIBERTY LAKE-- A 28-foot boat was jackknifed along Interstate 90 near Liberty Lake Thursday.
The boat was partially blocking the westbound lanes and slowing traffic to a crawl.
Drivers said the back-up stretched for miles.
There is no word yet on when the boat will be moved, but a tow truck was called.
