SPOKANE-- Spokane police continue to search for a suspect who sexually assaulted a 62-year-old woman.
It happened Tuesday between 4:00 and 4:30 in the 2100 block of E. Southeast Boulevard.
The suspect allegedly the followed the woman while she walked in the park and then sexually assaulted her near a wooded area. He was last seen running from the scene.
Police released a sketch of the suspect Friday. The victim described him as a white male, 25-30 years old, about 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds. She described him as having jet black hair that was short and straight, with bangs that covered most of his forehead. She said his eyes were a very dark brown, and his skin was olive tone, clean shaven, with a very smooth complexion. He was last seen wearing pants and a black zipped hooded sweatshirt, but the hood was down.
