SEATTLE -- Volunteers participated in International Coastal Cleanup day Saturday along the shores of Puget Sound.
Teams like the group at Myrtle Edwards Park in Seattle spent the day picking, cleaning, sorting, and bagging junk.
Around the world, groups bagged 2,127,656 cigarette butts, 87 mattresses, 1,024,470 plastic bottles, 435 toothbrushes and 28 refrigerators.
Puget Soundkeeper Alliance says that just yesterday, they found a urinal washed up along the shore.
