A playful video game war is being waged via Post-It notes between two buildings on either side of Pine Street next to First Avenue in downtown Seattle.

Geekwire reports it started when an engineer at SEOMoz recreated a character from the classic game Space Invaders on the company’s windows, made entirely from colored Post-It Notes.

That was just the start. Soon, other tech companies in the building across the street added their own characters – Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Mario, Centipede, Frogger, even Pac-Man chasing after a ghost monster.

The big question, of course, is what do the bosses think about their workers spending valuable time with these Post-It Note creations? Read more about that at Geekwire.com

To see these characters for yourself, go to Pine Street between First Avenue and Pike Place and look up. They are located in the windows of the buildings closest to First Avenue, about four floors up.
