Fall 2010.
A. Continue work on southbound SR 99 lanes.
B. Alaskan Way S. between S. Atlantic Street and S. Royal Brougham Way permanently closed for utility and railroad track relocation.
C. Southbound SR 99 off-ramp detour to S. Royal Brougham Way open traffic. First Avenue S. reduced to one lane each direction. Northbound SR 99 on-ramp closed for up to six weeks beginning in mid-January.
