College record: 197-75-2, 1 national championship; NFL record 12-20 -- One of the many big moves made by Redskins owner Daniel Snyder. Spurrier posted an outsanding record at Florida, including a national championship and four major bowl wins. His jump to the NFL in 2002 wasn’t so great. After two years, he went back to college with the South Carolina Gamecocks.
