College record: 81-34-3, 1 national championship; NFL record: 89-68, 2 Super Bowl championships -- Johnson’s success was almost as immediate as Walsh’s. After winning a national championship with the University of Miami, the man with the perfectly combed coiff moved to the Dallas Cowboys. Three years after going 1-15, he guided America's Team to the first of two consecutive Super Bowl championships. He also had some success with the Miami Dolphins.
